When installing an app, for example KH Taurus Mobile, on your iPhone you may get the following error message:
“This app cannot be installed because its integrity could not be verified”
The issue can be that your iPhone is simply not registered with us. Please follow instructions in this document ios_UDID_Eng.pdf and email the UDID of your iPhone to us. This is what will happen next:
- Once we receive your iPhone’s UDID, we will request Apple to add it to the list of our registered devices on our Apple developer portal.
- It may take up to 72 hours for Apple to process our request.
- After your device is registered with Apple, we regenerate the ad-hoc provisioning profiles with the updated list of devices.
- Then we rebuild the app using the updated profile.
- Finally we will update our download webpage.
If you already registered your iPhone with us, then the problem is on our end. Please let us know so we can look into it..
